It’s been a mouth watering week here with Jamie’s new creations coming out of the kitchen every day! Thai Beef salad, Eggs Benedict, the revised “Nash Burger” and yummy fish and chips are just a few of them.

Look what we found…
Carl Jones was quite surprised to see that Alli had dug up his map from his Divemaster course…from 16 years ago! Carl’s main goal on this trip was to see his daughter Chloe get certified, but he also was thrilled to be back in the PG waters again.

ADEX Voice of the Ocean Competition 2017
Congratulations to Beth Watson for being the ADEX Voice of the Ocean Competition 2017 Environmental Photo of the year Winner! A photo that represents the effects of climate change or the efforts made to confront it. The judges were looking for a photograph that makes people stop and stare, and that affects them enough to want to do something about protecting our environment. This gorgeous shot, titled “Hope Spot”, was shot in the Apo Reef, last year on an Asia Divers trip to Tubbataha and Apo onboard the Discovery boat, standing out from over 100 submitted entries.
Beth is again walking away some cool prizes!

Holy Week happenings
As one group leaves…another one comes in! It’s been a busy Easter here with many people enjoying the sunny days, calm seas and spectacular diving. It’s been an action-packed; full-on four days for this mermaid team! Congratulations to Alexandra Munoz Hernandez, Nathalie Sabine Becher Munoz, and Alisha Boome for getting their PADI OW certification. The hard work paid off for sure!
E-IDC at Asia Divers
Exams done and dusted – they all passed with flying colors!
A great party was had to celebrate our candidates who all have now become New PADI Instructors. Congratulations go to Alain, Nick and Yann for a job very well done. Some of our candidates even had the best scores attainable during the IE and scored a flat 5 points on all skills and presentations! Wow !
Thanks to the entire team at Asia Divers for the great support during the IDC and especially to Louise and Brad for being the “notorious” students/ divemasters on practice sessions and workshops 😉

Wishing Allan’s mom Joyce, a very happy 90th birthday! Allan and his family we’re there with her in Australia for the celebration this past week.
